There is a lack of research literature that investigates the physiological implications of vocal pedagogy that is specifically developed for the changing voice. The main question answered in this paper is to address how a specific vocal pedagogy affects the physiology of vocal folds and musical ability of boys as their voice's change, therefore challenging current practices and existing beliefs that boys should stop singing during this change. Abstract : This paper addresses the male changing voice from an educational, musical, and physiological perspective.
